Our website provides scheduling, pricing, policies, and direct contact options. We are primarily appointment-based, and online communication allows us to respond more efficiently than voicemail.
If your matter is not time-sensitive, you may leave a voicemail - Please include your name, phone number, and the reason for your call.
Not only does online booking allow you to view immediate availability and secure your reservation anytime without waiting for a callback, but you also get to read through all the boring documents we need you to sign from the comfort of your own space without feeling rushed (because we know it's a lot... trust us).
Don't forget to use the "Waitlist" feature when booking. This allows you to get first dibs on an already taken time slot - if there is a cancellation.

Booking MUST be made with a valid credit or debit card. Booking must be made with a valid email address.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
· Full Refund for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled rental time.
· 50% Refund (on Company Gift Card) for cancellations made between 12-24 hours before rental time.
· NO REFUND for cancellations made less than 24 hours before rental time or no-shows.
· The Company may cancel a reservation at any time due to safety concerns, weather, or maintenance issues and will provide a full refund.
· Renter Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund in the form of COMPANY GIFT CARD. It can only be cancelled by Renter. Must be cancelled online via WadesAndCo.biz, in-person, via phone. No messages left on voicemail or text messages to Business phone number will be valid forms of cancellation.
· Cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee of $65 charged to the card on file, at the Company's discretion.
· All Rentals must be guaranteed by a credit card or debit card on file, and a valid email address. If these are not provided 24 hours prior, reservation will be cancelled. Future appointments maybe affected also. that are deemed to be a "No Show" will be charged as such.
*Cancellations and No Shows' held with COMPANY gift cards- Gift cards will be considered redeemed.
