Pricing

• $65 per hour (includes up to 2 guests)
• Every suite includes a private hot tub, private shower, and private changing area with room dividers designed with your comfort and privacy in mind.

For your convenience, each suite is stocked with dispensers filled with complimentary professional shampoo, conditioner, and quality body wash—so you can freshen up and enjoy your experience without having to pack every little thing.

Our standard products feature clean, light scents to create a relaxing experience without overwhelming fragrances. If you have specific product sensitivities or preferences, feel free to plan accordingly and bring your own favorites. If you need to use personal products, please save them for after your soak and shower once your visit is complete.

To help us maintain proper water quality and sanitation standards for every guest, please do not apply external mineral oils, lotions, body oils, creams, or other soaps/products before using the hot tubs.  We also ask that guests do not add outside bath products, salts, or tub additives.  These products can affect water chemistry, the overall experience for the next guest and result in additional charges.

No need to pack the sink, just a towel. 

Once you've booked online, completed required forms and/or waivers, provide current active card on file and if applicable, pay any required security deposit before your appointment. You can pay cash upon arrival for your tub time, if desired. Check-In Is Easy!

We've made check-in as simple as possible—you do the easy part, and we'll handle the rest!

We want you to have the best experience possible while keeping our pricing affordable and reducing unnecessary waste. At this time, Wade's & Co. does not provide towel or robe service, so please plan to bring your own essentials.

Please remember to pack:

• Your own towels
• A robe or cover-up (optional, but always a cozy choice)
• Shower sandals (optional)

Forgot your towel? No problem. Wade's & Co. beach towels are available for purchase so you can still enjoy your soak without missing a beat.

Getting started is easy!

• Park in the front or back parking area.
• Come on in and check in with us.
• We'll quickly verify your reservation, answer any last-minute questions, and give first-time guests a brief tour of the amenities before showing you to your private suite.

Returning guest? If you're already familiar with the process, you're welcome to head directly to your room after check-in.

Before you arrive, your hot tub will have been:

• Cleaned and sanitized
• Freshly filled
• Heated (or cooled to your requested starting temperature)
• Ready for you to relax the moment you walk in

From check-in to check-out, our goal is to make your visit simple, private, and stress-free.

Every great soak deserves the perfect soundtrack. Enjoy our complimentary overhead FM music, or if you prefer to create your own atmosphere, Bluetooth speakers are available upon request (for a limited time).

You are also welcome to use your own phone to play your favorite playlist, set the vibe, and make your private escape completely your own.

Just a friendly reminder—keep personal devices safely away from the water and off tub ledges. Enjoy your music, listen for your final 15 page, and let the good vibes flow... just not into the tub.

THE BEST PART—relax and enjoy your time.

Every great experience has an ending, but we hope you leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Once your visit is complete, simply shower, dry off, collect your belongings, and head out. As your reservation begins to wind down, we will provide a 15-minute courtesy page so you have plenty of time to finish your soak, shower, gather your belongings, and transition out comfortably. We want you to enjoy every minute of your experience while also helping us stay on schedule for the next guest.

As long as our policies and procedures have been followed, our team will take care of the rest. We will handle the cleaning, sanitizing, draining, refilling, and preparation process to ensure the space is ready for the next guest. We will also complete a final check of the suite to look for any items that may have been accidentally left behind. If we find something, we will do our best to reunite it with you by catching you before you leave or contacting you afterward. However, Wade's & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Our goal is simple: you relax, enjoy your escape, and leave the behind-the-scenes work to us.

Before you soak .... Guest restrooms are conveniently located in the main hallway, just outside your private suite.

Our friendly suggestion? Handle business before you get bubbly. Nothing ruins a relaxing soak, romantic moment, or your perfectly planned chill time quite like having to make a last-minute bathroom dash. A quick pit stop before you hop in means more time to relax, unwind, and enjoy every minute of your private escape.

Our hot tubs are typically maintained at up to 103°F for the best balance of comfort, sanitation, and overall guest experience.

Prefer it a little cooler? No problem! You may request a slightly lower starting temperature during the online booking process, and we'll do our best to accommodate your preference.

If no temperature preference is selected, Wade's & Co. will set the tub temperature at our discretion based on the outdoor weather and operating conditions.

Please note that significant temperature adjustments may require additional preparation and recovery time to maintain proper water quality and safety for all guests. As a result, larger temperature changes may be subject to an additional service fee.

Maintaining consistent water temperatures is an important part of our sanitation process and helps ensure every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and relaxing experience.

At this time, Wade's & Co. offers 60-minute private hot tub reservations only. Half-hour (30-minute) reservations are not available.

We're intentionally keeping our reservation times short and sweet so more guests can enjoy a private soak each day while we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and water quality between every visit.

As Wade's & Co. grows and additional hot tubs are added, we'll reevaluate our reservation options and may introduce longer or more flexible rental times based on availability.

First things first—all questions are welcome. Seriously. There is no such thing as a silly question! We are building this experience alongside our guests, and your questions, suggestions, and feedback help us continue learning, improving, and making every visit better.

Wade's & Co. is locally owned and operated by Gary and Kerstin. Right now, we are personally running, growing, and fine-tuning every detail of your experience while also working full-time jobs and caring for elderly and Veteran family members. We love what we are building, and we appreciate your patience as we continue creating a relaxing escape for our community.

To reserve your private experience, please book directly through our website. During the booking process, feel free to add any notes about your preferred temperature, suite preferences, special occasions, or anything else you would like us to know. We will work our magic behind the scenes and reach out if we need any additional details before your arrival.

Because we personally prepare every visit, we ask for at least 3 hours advance notice for same-day reservations. This gives us the time needed to prepare your space, complete all cleaning and safety checks, and make sure everything is ready for you—or let you know if we are unexpectedly unavailable.

We know life gets busy. Plans change, surprises happen, and sometimes things pop up that are completely out of our control. If a reservation request is denied or a last-minute cancellation happens, it simply means we were unexpectedly unavailable. We never want you to make the drive here expecting a relaxing soak, only to arrive and experience the ultimate disappointment...

And let's be honest—gas prices are still wild. We would much rather save you the trip, the time, and the frustration.

We are appointment-only because we want you to have the best chance of reserving the perfect day and time, even when we are away from the phone helping guests, preparing tubs, or resetting the space between visits. Online booking allows you to view availability and secure your reservation anytime without waiting for a callback.

When we are personally available for same-day questions or last-minute opportunities, we will share "Call Now" openings on our Facebook page.

We’re not. And we’re definitely not interested in your business.

The information we collect serves a purpose — protecting you, protecting our business, and helping us maintain a safe environment for EVERYONE who uses our facility.

Wade’s & Co. is a private, appointment-only facility using a shared/public water source, which means water quality and sanitation are a serious responsibility. We do our due diligence to maintain the highest standards we can, including proper cleaning, sanitation, water testing, maintenance, and monitoring.

But here’s the uncomfortable truth:

You are getting into a body of water that other humans use… with your whole damn self.

Yes — that includes the parts you normally keep covered.

That means we need to know who is using our facility, when they are using it, and who is associated with each reservation. It gives us accountability and traceability if there is ever a water-quality concern, sanitation issue, accident, property damage, or other incident.

It also helps us:

• Verify reservations and prevent fraudulent bookings
• Maintain accurate guest records
• Contact guests when there is an important issue with a reservation
• Protect our staff, facility, and equipment
• Address contamination or water-quality concerns appropriately
• Maintain appropriate safety and sanitation practices
• Know who is actually using our facility in the event of an emergency

And no, we don't sit around reading your information for entertainment. 

We ask for information because public health and responsible business practices matter.

You’re trusting us with your body, your time, your privacy, and your experience — and in return, we have a responsibility to take the operation of our facility seriously.

We understand that life gets busy and sometimes you want to relax on a whim. When we are available for same-day opportunities, we will share those openings through our Facebook page or online availability.
