 It is recommended for you to arrive ten minutes prior to tub rental time to prepare for the reservation. 

Your tub time WILL be reduced for late arrivals or a lengthy check-in. We don't want you to lose out on valuable tub time.

 We WILL cancel a reservation for being more than 10 minutes late, unless guaranteed by a credit card. Your tub time will be reduced to be finished on time for our next scheduled guest. If you have not arrived within the first 30 minutes of rental time payments are non-refundable and Gift cards will be considered redeemed.

  We reserve the right to refuse admittance to those who arrive with less than 30 minutes of rented tub time remaining. If you have not arrived within the first 30 minutes of rental time payments are non-refundable and Gift cards will be considered redeemed.

If you do not cancel prior to 24 hours BEFORE your rental time, you will be considered a "No-Show". 

If you are more than 10 minutes late to arrive to your rental time, you will be considered a "No-Show". 

"No-Show" for rental time - payments are non-refundable, card on file will be charged, and Gift cards will be considered redeemed.

 If you have a large group, please allow for additional time for everyone to change, and fill out any necessary paperwork, shower prior-to and after tub time.

There are multiple changing options available upon arrival.

 Overtime beyond the scheduled rental period will incur a charge of $20 for each additional 15 minutes. 

This policy fosters accountability among renters while ensuring fairness and accessibility for all customers. By incentivizing timely visits, we help maintain service availability, contributing to a smoother and more efficient rental experience for everyone.
